Balance Score Card Consultant required to work for leading management consultancy to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for the development and refinement of corporatebusiness unit strategy, management of corporate balanced scorecards, identification of potential areas for improvement across the business, definition and prioritization of projects that are aligned to the corporate strategy, development of client and competitor insight and strategic projectprogramme management.

The role will involve the following

The role will incorporate the development, management and implementation of performance management solutions including activity based costing, balanced scorecard and business intelligence.

Involve all aspects in identifying client needs, determining the best approach, training, model design, data input and manipulation, model building, quality assuring and developing reports and analyses using modeling and business intelligence tools.

Members of the consulting team need to be flexible in order to deliver our commitments to clients in a timely and professional manner and the role could also require consultants to manage teams of clients andor consultants at client premises.

Supports management of corporate and country balanced scorecards, proactively engages in-country and corporate stakeholders to help drive strategic insight and strategy execution and provided insight for monthly BSC performance reviews.

Conducts analyses and works with internal clients to identify, define, prioritize, deploy and review projects that increase sales or margins, streamline internal processes, and improve productivity throughout the organization.

Tracks project deployment progress across the organization via a corporate program roadmap, assists with project execution where needed and communicates program progress and cross-function dependencies.

Develops intelligence on key competitors and client buyer values by segment and vertical.

Building andor managing the building by others of predominately ABC and Balanced.

Scorecard models for a variety of clients in different sectors. This may be done at the client site or remotely.

Taking appropriate responsibility for the successful delivery of the software solution and the extraction of meaningful and useful information from it.

Managing projects to ensure delivery of planned deliverables within budget and achieving planned deadlines.

Liaison with senior client staff.Requirements for this position

MBA from a top-tier university
10-15 years management experience, including extensive consulting experience with a leading business consulting firm, ideally at Project Manager Level.
Highly refined mix of strategy, process improvement and change management skills.
Strong business acumen and fact-based analysis skills.
Strong presentation, interpersonal communication, influencing and negotiating skills.
Experience with performance management of balanced scorecard methodology a plus.
Preferably Arabic speaking
