Our client, a global leading supplier of products and services to the cement industry is seeking aSales and Marketing Manager to join their branch office in Sharjah. Your main responsibilities will be to develop the business for Cementitious Raw Materials in UAEMiddle East, and strengthen the company's market share and profitability in line with the strategic objectives.Other job responsibilities include

Responding and following through all sales enquiries from customers, where cementitious raw materials are required
Developing and managing existing and new customerssuppliers portfolio
Influencing market trends, building competitive advantages and generating the best value propositions to customers to become their preferred supplier
Being Accountable and responsible for concluding sales contracts and managing the local supplylogistics chain
Knowledgeable of market forces and cementconcrete industry trends of the countries concerned
Knowledgeable of logistics and overall supply chain management
Responsible for budget realization of sourcesdestinations
Exploring new business possibilities and responsible for commercial development of cementitious raw materials
Exploring status and characteristics of the cementconcrete industry in countries not covered and providing recommendations where appropriate
Implementing and continuously updating proper market intelligence.
The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years experience working in the cementconcrete industry or general constructionraw materials industry. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be willing to get involved with all aspects of the business.
