Requirements
Assisting, delegating and executing the long term strategic vision of the company.
Full coverage for the Group MD and all operational activities already in place.
Developing business opportunities, manage, motivate, and lead a team of committed managers to effectively drive deliverables to the board of the directors and the chairman.
Direct the compliance, regulatory and risk management functions.br> Assist with other legal and structural issues, including best practice advice and assistance launching new products.

As a strong candidate to be positioned for the role of Chief Financial Officer, you are a Chartered Accountant (CIMA, CA, ACCA, CPA) who holds 15 or more years of experience in MNC or with a large local group. You have experience in Venture Capital, banking, government financing and mergers and acquisitions as well as solid performance track record in such areas as strategic planning, financial reporting, reviewing and implementing contracts and negotiating. As a dynamic leader, you have demonstrated interpersonal savvy and influence through the ability to work effectively with others and build strong relationships with a variety of stake holders, senior managers and department leaders.

Description
A Chartered Accountant with 10 or more years of experience in the related industry is sought to assume a very strategic leadership role with a leading business house. Assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer and reporting to the Group MD, the successful candidate will take on a strategic leadership role within the organization and will immerse himself with bank relations and engaging new financing with various avenues. The Chief Financial Officer assumes lead on all legal agreements related to financing and mergers and acquisitions as well as negations and reviews, financial reporting and strategic planning. He will oversee the entire finance group and while this is quite a big bill to fill this opportunity is a great venture for a dynamic leadership type who welcomes new challenges.
A accounting designation, a chartered accountant with minimum 15 years post qualification experience in the related industries, in MNC or with a large local group. A solid understanding of investment strategies and financial services and strong understanding of financial risk management and oversight is also required. Sound understanding of financial, strategic and performance management processes combined with your proven ability to embrace and lead change.
Fluent skill in Arabic and English is essential.

Good internal and external communicator in view of an IPO
Able to lead an IPO processes.
Class ranking in a reputable MBA or MS in financeaccounting
