Our client, a multinational investment company is looking to recruit a dynamicCommercial Managerto join their team in Abu Dhabi office to works closely with development Project Managers to identify performance goals for our commercial and residential properties and projects to establish systems to monitor performance against goals. Oversees the commercial aspect of all commercial and residential projects during both Construction and leasing stages and assist in the development of budgets and capital replacement plansYour responsibilities will include but not be limited to-Organizational Policy Development

Assist senior management in identifying and documenting the objectives for each commercial property
In consultation with senior management, develop property management plans and management monitoring schedules for all commercial and residential properties based on standard templates
Develop and maintain systems to monitor performance of all commercial and residential property relative to identified financial and social goals.Real Estate Development Support

Assist Project Managers in producing operating and tenant improvement budgets and leasing projections for commercial and residential space
Review marketingstart-up budget and process
Develop and reviews commercial management plans and management agreements, including performance standards
Develop summaries of projects' financing terms and requirements for each source of funding including feasibility studies and financing plans as per the top management directions.Leasing

Prepare and review leasing and marketing strategies for commercial and residential space in buildings
Oversee new lease negotiations and preparation and review of financial information on prospective commercial tenants
Represent the Client in negotiation of lease renewals and manage third party listing agents when necessary.Occupancy and Management

Consult regularly with in house and third party property managers
Assist property managers in developing systems necessary to report on property performance according to the identified schedule
Assist property managers in developing systems for documenting and billing common area maintenance expenses
Assist property managers in the development of capital replacement projections for each commercial property.The ideal candidate should have a Degree in relative field with minimum of 10 years work experience in similar role and leasing experience preferred in real estate license and accounting in finance or real restate is required. Excellent qualitative analysis skills with work history proficiency and negotiating skills is the must. Strong communication skill in English is essential and Arabic will asset.
