Reporting to the Deputy General Manager General Responsibilities Develop effective sales strategies and follow up implementation with other departments to achieve sales targets and expected profit.Market study, customer service and adding new clients and sales force management and training. Create and develop sales strategy and targets and will follow up their implementation to maximize sales and profit. Develop and maintain a secured system collection system. Enforce customer relation by regular visits to key customers. Evaluate, reports and follow up the execution of promotional campaigns .Study market changes and development of competitors' prices and goods, and their direct and indirect effect, supported by relevant reports.Evaluate the new items launch and recommend replenishment. Items movements and clients analyses reports. Coordination with marketing department in implementing the promotional andmarketing plans, analyzing of its impact on achieving the sales targets. Follow up the goods logistics with WH and oversees its timely distribution to all branches and then to clients. Develop an effective system to apply sales and promotional discounts and collection.Find suitable solutions for reducing sales returns to maximize sales.Manage, lead and train sales force and develop the operating and motivation procedures to enhance sales and collection. Make sales analyses reports, setting the sales budget and contribute in developing the Company operational PandP.Suitable applicants will have a minimum of 10 years in sales preferably with stationery, office and school supplies with past 5 years in a Sales Management role.
