Reporting to the Deputy General Manager General Responsibilities Develop effective sales strategies and follow up implementation with other departments to achieve sales targets and expected profit.Market study, customer service and adding new clients, sales force management and training. Prepare and develop effective strategies, and marketing, promotional and advertisement plans according to company strategy with a close follow up for accurate implementation. Plan and follow up developing Customer satisfaction with high standard improvement methods in gaining clients satisfaction. Manage the new product launch study. Competing market study, and suggested corrective reports for quality, price and quantity. Consumer behavior and market changes studies and their direct and indirect impact on sales. Suggest and recommend corrective marketing and sales plans according to market trend. Direct the promotional line to maximize sales.Maintain and develop an advanced marketing database to obtain accurate and variable information. Prepare the marketing analytical reports periodically. Direct and evaluate the promotional campaigns. Arrange for and manage the marketing events. Represent the company in business exhibitions and key customers' meetings. Direct, motivate and train people in his department and follow up their compliance with company rules and regulations. Follow up closely with Procurements and WH the arrival, shipments, distribution and availability of products. Prepare the marketing annual budget and contribute in developing the operating regulations related to his department.Suitable applicants will have a minimum of 10 years in sales and marketing preferably with stationery, office and school supplies with past 5 years in a marketing manager role.
