On behalf of a leading supply chain and logistic company we are seeking aPMO (Program Management Office) Director to be based in their head office in Riyadh. Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for the following

1.Ensuring consistency with corporate strategy, consistency of process across projects and customer satisfaction with outputs.
2.Advises leadership andor business executives at the highest levels about the project portfolio, status and resource planning for delivering strategic business Initiatives.
3.Act as Liaison and provide leadership for team and area of responsibility.Provide leadership, direction and coaching on project specific tasks as well as individual professional development.Ability to see, account for, and coach others in the big picture as well as the details and to be able to tie initiatives to Corporate Goals
4.Allocates appropriate resources to ensure that projects, enhancements and support isare completed within committed time, scope and budget.
5.Ensure coverage of all areas of expertise necessary to support and grow the business within the Directors area of responsibility. Create and maintain staffing plan to support the current and future work demands and project deliverables.
6.Ensures functionality is integrated with other applications.
7.Initiates and implements new technologies, methodologies, process and procedures that will support company Long and short term goals.
8.Provide ongoing reconciliation between long-term goals and short-term actions
9.Take ownership and delivery responsibility for special projects and company initiatives.
10.Presents information on projects, initiatives or other subjects to peers, teams and upper management.
Education Bachelor (Minimum), MBA is a plus.
Major Engineering or any related major.
Required Certificate PMP.
Experience Minimum 15 years in similar position or consultancy business.
