My client is a part of a large group of companies here in DOha. They specialise in medium to large refurbishment and new interior design projects to hotels, government departments, conference centres etc. They urgently require a Contract Manager in Qatar. You will need some experience with interior design and refurbishment projects.Key responsibilities will include -Implementation of sound contract management and risk assessment policies Contract review, analysis, preparationdrafting and negotiation of major commercial, international and government contracts Manage and advising on project claims Leading contract risk assessment and review of major terms and conditionsServing as customer focal point for major contract issues Update standard contract documentationThe successful candidate must be degree educated with considerable experience in the ConstructionEngineering industry. You must be an expert in contract management principles and techniques and a solid understanding of financial concepts and impact of contract terms, with a strong knowledge of laws and regulations governing the contracts (construction law background). You MUST have Middle East experience and be able to get a visa to work in Qatar
