Production Manager required with my client in Dubai, leading packaging manufacturer. The purpose of the role is to plan, coordinate and control industrial processes, whilst ensuring that the production is cost effective and that products are manufactured on time and are of good quality. You will be involved in both the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage and will supervise and motivate a team of workers.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience in production management within a manufacturing environment. You must have proven success managing a team and should possess a relevant university degree.
