Our client, a multinational company, is actively recruiting for a dynamic, tri-lingual Personal Assistant for their Abu Dhabi Office. Directly reporting to the Country Services Manager, you will be primarily responsible in providing high level of secretarial support including but not limited to arranging meetings, hotel bookings and travels, writing correspondences, receiving and sending fax transmittals and translating different documents in Arabic and French languages.To be successful, the candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience relevant to the position. You should be able to speak fluently in Arabic, French and English language. You should be proficient in using Microsoft applications and have a good typing skills.
