Our client, a leading food packaging and food service disposables manufacturer, is seeking aPlant Manager to manage the operation of the factory.Your responsibilities will include
Directing and co-ordinating plant operations within company policies and procedures Maintaining a clean, hygienic and safe plant Formulating and directing plant policies and procedures as advised by the top management Ensuring plant production goals are met Fostering well-trained and motivated staff Co-ordinating with department heads to ensure smooth process in purchasing, production and shipping Establishing all shift production schedules Selecting and training plant supervisory and administrative staff Conducting employee performance reviews Scheduling and conducting plant meetings Overseeing the product quality control for the plant Continuously seeking ways to optimize production capacity with the available resources to lower breakeven point.The ideal candidate will have a degree and 10 years manufacturing experience including supervisory responsibility.You will have significant manufacturing knowledge as well as advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills.You will have the knowledge of English with excellent communication skills.To qualify for this role, you should have a valid UAE driving licence.
