A global, broad-based health care company in the Middle East is seeking to hire a skilled Human Resources Business Consultant to be based in their offices in Lebanon. Reporting to the HR Director, you would be mainly assisting in implementing Human Resources strategies aimed at achieving the efficient use of human resources and supporting the business growth in the designated region.Your main job responsibilities would include

Assisting and educating managers in the use of recruitment techniques, including behavior-based interview questionnaires, job profiling, etc
Conducting recruitment and induction activities
Preparing regular reports KPIs, monthly highlights, headcount reconciliation and other ad hoc reports as requested
Compiling, developing and updating Salary Structures for External Industry Surveys and for International CompensationBenefits requirements
Acting as a point of contact for internal Accounting and external distributors to ensure smooth implementation of changes in employee's terms and conditions
Assisting the HR Manager in developing efficient, market-competitive compensation and benefits strategies
Managing the affiliate reward and recognition programs
Ensuring the smooth administration of the affiliate benefit schemes (e.g. Alico medical coverage)
Monitoring and maintaining the PEx process (Standards, Training, Guidance) for all employees
Assisting the HR Manager in handling capability and misconduct cases
Advising and educating employees on Company Policies and Procedures
Assisting HR Manager in developing, implementing and championing policies and initiatives aimed at improving working environment and employees' satisfaction
Performing administrative and procedural duties as required for effective operation of the HR department
Ensuring maintenance of accurate and up to date employees' records (both local and ECDE).
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of five years experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in a multinational company environment and should have a good understanding of the principles of financial and business management. You should have a Bachelors Degree in HR or equivalent graduate qualification in management studies. You should also possess good communication and interpersonal skills to be qualified for this role.
