Based in Jubai, Saudi Arabia you will report to the VP of Services and will manage a senior team (COO, Marketing managers, Finance manager, HR&A manager, QA/QC manager, HSE manager, GMO Staff) you will provide leadership and direction to the Strategic Business Unit (SBU). Develop SBU strategy and ensure its effective execution to meet stakeholder expectations. Promote and foster high performance team culture. The Core area of this Strategic Business Unit is to provide industrial services dealing with Plant Construction, Operation and Maintenance, Human Resources supply for the Refineries, Gas, Petrochemicals, Petroleum and allied industries for various LSTK, LSPB, & EPC contracts.
To qualify you will have a minimum of 18 - 20+ years of hands on experience of handling Plant Engineering and Construction projects of a minimum value of US$ 200 Million, with an employee strength of 10 -15 thousand with multinational workforce. You must be very strong in estimation and contracts management, previous experience of working in the GCC and must have demonstrated experience in turning around organizations. You must have a commendable knowledge and grip on the entire gamut of the Construction, Operations and Maintenance Business with a strong Financial Acumen. Must have Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical with Masters Degree in Business Management/General Management from Institute of Repute. Certification in Project Management Professional(PMP) Certification/Chartered Engineering would be advantage. Must have undergone training and developmental activities on the various aspects of the job in particular General Management, Financial Management and Leadership Skills.
You must have worked in a similar industry (construction, O&M in Oil & gas and Petrochemical field) to be considered for this role.
