Reporting to the Senior Facilities Consultant and resident on a prestigious project in the banking sector, our client is looking for a new member of the FM Operations Team, delivering FM Services in a Managing Agent Role. You will be responsible for the managing the Facilities function and facilities environment of a clients business, responsible for the operational FM delivery and capability for strategic FM and ensuring compliance with constant success in performance delivery of excellent solutions.
The role requires a comprehensive understanding of the concepts and principles of Facilities Management in a professional field. The candidate must demonstrate a level of proficiency that enables them to apply and consolidate specialist skills and knowledge and ensure essential procedures are followed; and help to define the standards and specifications around which others will operate. You must have a working knowledge of Hard and Soft FM skills, with experience of managing an outsourced supply chain essential. Excellent client facing and interpersonal skills are a must. The candidate requires developed communication skills and the ability to negotiate with a high level of discretion (internally and externally) with others often at a senior level. The negotiations undertaken will have an impact on the business and are likely to involve both internal and external parties such as clients, government bodies and other organizations. The successful candidate will eventually be responsible for providing training for members of the team, monitoring the quantity and quality of the work in progress and coaching employees on performance and contributing to employee pay decisions/changes.
Ideally you will be degree qualified with an affiliation to a professional body (BIFM or similar).
Package: AED 25 – 30k – however this negotiable for the right candidate
