Our client, a multinational electronics company, is seeking a Credit Control to identify and maintain accurate and meaningful information on overdue accounts, updating the credit control ledger to reflect current position.Your responsibilities will include
Ensuring that actions agreed with Business Controller are taken within specified timeframes to expedite payments from customers Organising and prioritising collection calls and written communications to maximise potential for debt recovery Monitoring position against target and take the necessary action to negate short-falls Ensuring all customer claims are processed within agreed timeframes Highlighting issues that may impact achievement of aged debt and reduction targets to Business Controller immediately.The ideal candidate will have the ability to organise and prioritise work to achieve deadlines.Excellent numerical and analytical skills as well as the ability to quantify and interpret data and great attention to detail are essential to this role.You will be IT literate and proficient in MS Excel to create spreadsheets for reporting purposes.To qualify for this role, you will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and polite when dealing with potential conflict situations.If you have the ability to take initiative, identify and respond to business service requirements, apply today!
