Our client, an international gas and oil company based in Qatar, is currently seeking anOffice Co-ordinatorto provide a wide range of administrative support for the office.Your responsibilities will include Scheduling meetings, co-ordinating public relations efforts with staff, arranging travel bookings and preparing presentations Co-ordinating services (contractors, security, office staff), interacting with management, ordering supplies, co-ordinating staff assistance requirements (visas, RPs, etc) Organising bill payments, tracking expenditures and comparing with budget, assisting management with budget preparation Overseeing exhibit design and construction, scheduling tours with visiting groups (generally local schools), co-ordinating outreach efforts with the community, monitoring effectiveness and adjusting exhibits as necessary.The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in office and budget management.Good knowledge of COP systems is an added advantage (HR, travel, cost management, budgetLRP, etc).You will be proficient in MS Office packages.To qualify for this role, you will have excellent communication, networking and organisational skills as well as the ability to multi-task effeciently.
