Our client, an industrial power engineering company, is seeking to recruit a Technical AnalystStock Controller to manage the company unit statistics on plant operations and stock located at DEL Ras Laffan store facility.

Main duties and responsibilities include the following

1. Manage the DEL warehouse at company stock levels
2. Direct support to the Qatar administration personnel
3. Provide support to site in storage, supply, delivery etc. of required material and keeping control of the relevant documentation.
4. Updating and manage unit statistics on plant operations.
5. Responsible for managing the warehouse stock
6. Maintain and manage all necessary support systems within Qatar including stock levels and tooling
7. Control of regular monitoring, auditing, reporting to Qatar office of all stock transactions
8. Control of material flow (to and from storage facilities) through relevant documentation and records in the system. Plan deliveries and dispatch of the stock, control for allocating space for storing goods, control of keeping track of stock levels and ensuring correct storage of stock. Awareness of the process of updating of the spares matrix
9. Liaise with the customer to make sure operational requirements are met with stock availabilities.
10. Update and manage statistics for unit plant operation
11. Update and manage Operations Room
12. Prepare reports, presentations and timelines from statistical data
13. In addition to the above detailed duties, they will be asked to cover for other duties from time to time.
Qualifications needed for the role

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
3. Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required, and knowledge of MS Project will be useful.
4. Must possess a valid Qatari driving license.
