Our client, providingelectronic payment services to financial institutions and companies around the globe is seeking to recruit Business Account Manager reporting to the MEA Business Development Manager
Purpose of the Role
The Business Account Manager (BAM) is a TechnicalBusiness Sales position. This role is part of our Relationship Management team, and is expected to develop new business with existing TSYS clients for both licensing and processing services. The BAM will work closely with major Banks and International Payment Systems. This role involves extensive foreign travel.
ActivitiesKey Tasks
Establish and enhance relationships between company and existing clients
Accountable for the day-to-day management of clients
Develop new business from existing clients (customisation of existing systems and selling of new systems)
Define clients' business requirements
Prepare feasibility studies and proposals, pursue and conclude sales
Integrate with the BAM team
Achieve and maintain agreed service levels for existing clients on technical and business matters
Establish and manage a long-term business contractual relationship with the selected client base
Develop new BAM activities
Co-ordination with other BAM's, including site visits
Increase the client revenue stream year on year
Enhance the new billing potential with the client
Provide an escalation path for the client
Work with others within TCT to prepare proposals
Secure the acceptance of the client to proposals
Support the preparation of contractual documentation of proposals
Participate in product, client and country based research projects
Abide by existing procedures with the Company and DepartmentPerson Specification
University Graduate
Experience
- Between two and three years experience within a Financial, Banking and Commercial environment
- Able to demonstrate a proven successful sales record
