Our client a global technology leader for diverse markets.
Reporting to Commercial Manager and you will be based on the new Concourse 3 project, you will be responsible for enhancing the projects commercial position through the use of contractual mechanisms in order to limit of clients exposure to risks and maximise cost recovery.
You will be responsible for the centralization of Change Management Control Process, ensuring notification and substantiation of variations and claims events, liaising all our clients subcontractor issues and commercial matters (payment applications, certifications and progress...)Â Producing the appropriate correspondence to support the above and limit of clients exposure to risk where possible and liaise with our clients Work package managers and System Engineers on technical inputs to the above.
To qualify, your will have 6 - 10 years experience in a similar role with several years as an expat. You will be qualified to Degree level and be familiar with FIDIC conditions of contract or a similar model. Have training in quantification and Project Management and have had exposure to project management software such as Primavera. Also it is preferred that you have experience in quantification methods for changes, time and cost impact and have an astute technical comprehension of ELV and MEP projects. You will have a high level of correspondence drafting in precise/contractual English, be an effective multi-cultural communicator and be meticulous in application of change management process requirements.
