Our client is a professional services organisation with a wealth of experience in the Middle East.
You will be responsible for leading service delivery and leading a team of Surveyors in project delivery duties, promote Best Practice and innovation, client facing, embracing technology to deliver efficiency, reinforcement of culture and positive behaviours, people care and development and recruitment, induction and development of team members.
To qualify you will have 25 years Big Project experience and have an RICS qualification or equivalent. You will have strong Client facing skills, a working knowledge of contracts including FIDIC and a clear understanding of procurement routes. Hospitality experience an advantage.
