Opportunity for a flexible individual to join the Middle East MEP Community supporting the commercial delivery of MEP across the region on a variety of schemes in the Property Sector including residential, hotels, offices, retail etc. Allied to this opportunity to support growth plans associated with the Facilities Management side of our business from an MEP perspective.
You will be providing pre and post contract MEPQS support to the existing commercial management teams in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Pre-contract cost planning and modelling skills are a must, with an ability to work with minimal supervision.
You will have experience within the MEP industry and have worked as both the Contractor QS and Client PQS and has equal pre and post contract experience. Worked across a wide range of business sector, MEP technical background, can work within a team or individually, posses good people skills, have adequate qualities for a client facing role be flexible with regard to location and ideally FM MEP experience.
