On behalf of my client, I am seeking a Marketing & Sales Manager with marketing and communication experience gained in a residential real estate environment. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing marketing and lead generation plans, increasing customer satisfaction through effective communication with the existing customer base and managing third party broker networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Research, Analysis & Reporting: Review market trends and business results to identify new opportunities, conduct market studies, maintain competitive set information, measure and report marketing performance and research and review new marketing tools
Marketing Planning: Work with the VP of Real Estate to create and gain approval of Marketing programs for various projects. Review marketing plans put forward by sales & marketing partners, develop a PR strategy, develop a referral program and develop a database plan
Marketing: Oversee and coordinate the production of marketing materials and sales tools and lead the creation of the marketing and media campaign for each project.
Sales: Create and execute communication plan to third party vendors, manage relationships with broker partners, maintain the global commercial leasing program and direct sales as required
Operational: Maintain accuracy of all project websites, manage the CRM database and oversee project based sales offices
Owner Communication: Create and execute owner communication systems and plans that ensures payments are received on time, manages relationships, encourages cross selling opportunities and allows for lead generation
My client is seeking a candidate who holds 5 - 8 years experience in a residential real estate industry environment with a history of sales success. You must understand all aspects of marketing management (lead generation, creative direction, project management, budget management, market research, real estate compliance etc.). Hands on experience with CRM databases is highly preferred.
