Our client, a leading multinational transportation and logistics company, is seeking an experiencedCustomer Service Managerto handle the customer service operations in the UAE.You main job responsibilities would include
Establishing the Customer Service strategy for the UAE
Building a team of Customer Service leaders to manage this function in Operations and Customer Service teams
Developing and implementing 'best practice' processes across the organization to ensure effectiveness resulting in reduced costs and improved customer service
Implementing the customer service strategies, policies and procedures to ensure high level of efficiency and quality of service
Analyzing and summarizing data on all facets of the Customer Service operations and make appropriate recommendations
Contacting and or visiting customers in coordination with Customer Management Teams to develop and maintain business relationships
Drive frontline employees to adhere to the company's customer service standards to ensure the continuous and consistent development of customer service in the station
Educating the company customers and staff on the benefits of using the company web tools
Identifying talented Customer Service employees and ensuring appropriate development opportunities and programs are provided
Conducting Customer Satisfaction Surveys and develop actions related to correcting service failures to achieve the highest customer satisfaction level
Adhering to all related policies, procedures documented and published under Data Quality Management System in the intranet
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from a recognised institute and 5 years experience in a similar role within a similar industry. You should have excellent communication and computer skills.
