Our client, a medical and research centre based in Qatar is urgently seeking anHRIS Administrator who will develop management tools for both the HR team and executive team members.The candidate will serve as the technical expert for HRIS for all departments, develop and performm all HRIS database audits, create data entry elements and maintain employee records and confidential files.Your responsibilities will include
Participating in the design and development of HRIS system enhancements, including departmental update screens for assignment, and demographic data input Entering employee data, processing payroll and benefits requirements as well as creating and generating monthly and quarterly reports Maintaining HRIS user manual and providing technical support for the fiscal year roll over process Developing and performing system and payroll audits Developing, implementing, administering and maintaining programmes, procedures and policies in data collection and maintenance for employee records Creating user guides and training manuals for HR staff Processing monthly attendance records Many other HR duties required to effectively run a company.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in a related discipline and 3 - 5 years related experience.You will have the ability to design and modify computer-based information and data processing systems as well as the ability to multi-task.
