Our client, a fast growing company, is urgently seeking for an Executive Secretary to be based in their Abu Dhabi office. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to managing the diaries of the CEO, arranging meetingshotel bookingflights, writing correspondences, organizing files and representing the manager in meetingsevents when needed. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the office especially while the manager is on a business trip.The successful candidate should have a degree or diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience preferably gained from a multinational company. You should be fluent in English language and proficient in using Microsoft Office packages i.e. MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. You should be organised, hardworking, flexible and fast-learner with the ability to work in a busy environment with less supervision.
