A world leading FMCG organisation is seeking an entrepreneurial, achievement orientated Assistant Brand Manager in their Healthcare division who will be responsible for managing brand or Geo Expansion markets delivering business objectives.The role encompasses developing and recommending strategy in line with market dynamics under supervision of Category ManagerBrand Manager.
Your duties will include
Deliver the net revenue and profit objectives for the brand.
Innovation Lead projects to drive sales and profit growth.
Advertising Contribute to development of advertisementadaptation of global advertisement in line with agreed strategy for existing and new products.
In-store ExecutionTo champion all in-store brand initiatives in the context of the agreed brand strategy. This should include development and implementation of activities like in-store promotions, sampling, POSvisibility, etc.
Provide analytical support with recommendations that are specific and actionable.
Update KPI's like NR, Sales, Shares, Equity Scores regularly.
Marketing Spends Effectively manage spends to deliver cost savings.
Day to day management of the brand which would include addressing queriesissues across functions.
To qualify for this role you must be
Educated to minimum bachelors degree level in a business related subject from a recognised University.
Two years of past experience in an Over The CounterHealthcare company is essential.
To have basic level of marketing competencies.
Some of these are consumer insights, concept development, consumer understanding and market research, advertising and communication, media and communication, packaging development, consumer promotion and project management.
Achievement orientation.
Entrepreneurial.
A team player with strong inter-personal skills. Can do attitude.
Demonstrated leadership quality in the recent past.
Internationally mobile and willing to relocate.
Fluency in English and Arabic is an absolute must.
