Our client, an international oil and gas company based in Qatar, is seeking an Administrative Assistantto provide administrative support to the Managing Director and other staff members in the day to day business needs.Your responsibilities will include Co-ordinating and conducting tours of the Visitor Center and assisting with media relations Scheduling meetings, arranging travel, helping with expense reports, preparing presentations and co-ordinating with admin support services staff members Liaising with security for access requirements, ordering and replenishing giveaway items, assisting with outreach efforts with the community Assisting with development and delivery of mediapublic relations efforts Providing support to the MD and other staff members with attending conference and training courses Co-ordinating necessary approvals with PR team.The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in a related field and 1-5 years experience preferably in a similar role within the media industry.You will have strong networking, organisational, presentation and communication skills in English and Arabic.You will be proficient in MS Office packages.To qualify for this role, you must have the ability to manage multiple tasks, organize events, conduct and co-ordinate tours.The successful candidate is expected to work on flexible hours.
