You will possess significant experience, with some experience in responsible planning position
Conducted at least two comprehensive master plans for midsize town 100,000 to 200,000 inhabitants.
Excellent Knowledge of urban and municipal planning principles and a view of new urbanism concepts.
You must prepare Master Plan update tasks, program and schedule.
Recommend the necessary multi disciplinary team for the Master Plan Update.
• Coordinate and manage all different tasks.
• Contribute to the preparation of the final Master Plan Document.
• Prepare City Development Program for the community for 5 years.
• Give Presentations and plans to Senior Management
• Possess excellent strong interpersonal communication, project management, research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point along with GIS-related knowledge.
Master`s degree in Urban and Regional Planning.
