Position:Contract Formation Specialist
Location: Saudi Arabia
Package: 45 to 65k GBP tax free a year, plus accommodation, transport, flights and medical

Our client is a major international group of companies, specialising in engineering, construction, and project management. With 40 offices worldwide and projects in nearly 50 nations, they are active in thepower; mining and metals; civil infrastructure; government services; communications; and oil, gas, and chemicals sectors.

One of their key projects is managing the construction of Jubail Industrial city, one of the largest ongoing construction projects in the World and they currently require a Contract Formation Specialist to bolster the Contracts and Procurement team.

Your role will be to:

Perform all tasks involved in the formation and award of moderate to
large contracts; EPC, Purchase and Construct, and OandM contracts.

Communicate with bidders and personnel within the company to establish
clear definition of requirements and to assure performance to the stated
project requirements.

Assist and conducts meeting as needed to perform the work.

Proficiency in all phases of the formation and award of large,
moderately complex contracts.

Conforms and ensures contract execution.

Directs negotiation in the commitment of contracts.

Assists when instructed in the planning, staffing, work-hour
calculations, budgeting and contract procedures preparation.


You will need to be degree qualified, ideally in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, be able to demonstrate a track record of Contract Administration and formation on major construction works packages in excess of USD 100m and be a full member of a professional organisation such as the RICS.
