Our Client is one of the leading European MNC with extensive experience in home appliances and personal care products. They are currently looking to grow their Sales team and expand their presence in different markets, to do this they require some strong Area Sales Managers who can penetrate new markets and develop the business. Having good connections with distributors/dealers in the Middle East, Africa, Asia or CIS would be necessary. You should be able to contribute to annual sales plans through distributors plans to include objectives for coverage, volume, distribution, display and after sales service. Ensure budgets are achieved. Collate and report competitive activities and provide feedback to the Regional Manager. You should be able to plan orders with distributors. Manage inventory levels with distributors to maintain agreed stock levels. Analyse retail audit updates to distributor and implement prompt corrective actions. You should have excellent product knowledge and update distributor sales force.You will need to have experience in the market or Small House Hols Appliances or Electrical Personal Care Products. Strong Communication in both Arabic and English, French is an advantage
