Responsibilities

" Guide and support our clients leadership team with all aspects of HR policy and practice, including:
o Talent management - assessment, acquisition, development and redeployment
o Organisation effectiveness - change management, leader effectiveness, organisation design
o Employee engagement - communications, employee relations, facilitation of rewards and recognition, employee involvement
" Understand the strategic business objectives and translate that understanding into human resource initiatives to support the achievement of objectives
" Be accountable for all HR initiatives and actions within the organisation, including:
o Performance management
o Compensation planning
o Management Resource Review processes
o Incentive compensation
o Recognition
o Census reporting
" Develop and implement HR policies and processes
" Ensure that HR policies, practices, programs and processes are clearly communicated and understood throughout the business
" Proactively develop and coach leaders
" Design, champion and implement communication processes that create and sustain an environment of trust and collaboration
" Assist leaders in the development of solutions to resolve employee relations issues


Competencies:

Must be able to demonstrate:
" Solid technical HR knowledge across a broad generalist scope, including familiarity with KSAlegislation and regulations
" Demonstrated ability to understand and promote the linkage between business objectives and HR initiatives
" Experience in an HR business partner role - including strong influencing, partnership, networking, coaching and facilitation skills
" The ability to operate effectively in a complex, diverse organisation within a matrix environment
" Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation, inspiring respect and credibility
" Proactive leadership, with the ability to build strong relationships, foster teamwork and lead teams to success
" Leadership impact, with a clear focus on getting results and a drive for continuous improvement
