• Bachelor Degree either in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering • Extensive experience with in the Construction Line. • Previously employed as a MEP head in a well-organised Electro-Mechanical contracting company. • Excellent communication and management skills • Good exposure to business development, bidding and estimation, etc. • Skills to develop the business of the company by keeping regular Interaction with respective clients. • Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical and HVAC items required for building and industrial construction. • Ability to bridge a team of staff and motivate a healthy climate within the department / organisation. • Excellent coordination skill to deal with project site Managers / staff etc.
