Occupational summary:
• Provide operational, financial and organizational direction to the company in order to ensure efficient and economically sound operation

Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for maximizing sales and revenue by supervising overall sales channels within Brand guideline
• Be responsible for overall operation including Pand L, sales performance, merchandising, people leadership and development, customer service, inventory

Duties:
• Supervise other managers and staff
• Coordinate business operations
• Participate in setting company goals and business strategies
• Formulate policies, manage daily operations and plan the use of resources
• Oversee budget
• Develop new business opportunities
• Conduct ongoing analysis and sales forecasting for different sales channels
• Produce reports on business operations for the executive staff
• Coach, develop and motivate employees to achieve individual and company objectives

Skills
• Minimum 5 years experience in retail industry (Consumer Electronic, Telecom and Services Retail)
• Streamlining operations- process / system
• Improving quality in everything within his organization
• Studying profitability and take necessary action
• Examining the overhead cost and cut where necessary.
• Proven track record in leading an organization through change
• Wholesale / retail experience with expertise in marketing
• Competent management skills (KPI`s, scorecard, etc.)
• Ability to adapt to a Saudi environment
• Well versed with technology
• Strong background in Information Technology, Finance, HR, sales and marketing
• Arab speaking and Gulf experience preferable but not essential
