Our client is seeking a Service Management and Charging (SMC) Sales Director to join its team in Bahrain.
This is an operational role responsible for driving SMC solutions through the Account structure
Key Tasks:
SMC customer facing representative as part of sales.
Complete focus on sales and customers.
Empowered to represent the business units for new deal making and selling
on top of installed base, e.g. driving go/no-go decisions (approvals
within Limits of Authorities).
Act as a channel towards BUs in relation to extra ordinary
commitment decisions, key customer satisfaction topics.
Fully integrated operationally into regional sales management -
part of local teams although solid reporting line to Global
organization.
