Our client a leading international project management and engineering consultancy with offices in Abu Dhabi. They require a Senior Cost Engineer for a new project, a refinery expansion. This will be a long term assignment , based outside the city of Abu Dhabi. Requirements:
A degree in Engineering with at least 5 years experience in similar position for a major oil/gas project. Must have at least 10 years experience in chemical, hydrocarbon, petrochemical or industrial plant developments using EPC Contracts. Must have advanced Excel skills, as well as, have experience using Cost Estimation and risk analysis software. Must have thorough understanding of project execution process and can interpret contract terms, conditions and specifications. Must be familiar with total cost management techniques and cost engineering certification from AACE would be desirable. .
