Required to provide an advisory service, system support and expertise in pricing management of facilities ie. of assets. To develop business proposals in the early stages and oversee strategies reporting into the CEO.To optimise operations and provide support in FM management and be required to manage the tender processes. To provide an advisory service related to FM and Property development for large Educational and mixed use projects. To propose modifications to the design and drafting in regards to Operability.Required to make key decisions. Essential to have at least 12 years experience in the Construction and FM Industry and have an influentional character.* Mechanical/Electrical Enginering Degree essential * Masters in FM preferable * Essential to have over 15 years experience within FM * Essential to have GCC experience * Must have managed a large portfolio including all budgets and contracts * Must have the ability to manage Senior VIP clients * Preferably someone with FM/PM and design review experience * Must be an entrepeneur
