An international organisation requires a Legal Contracts Manager who would be:-
* Responsible for the organisations Building Solutions business units.
* Setup, hire, train, and maintain the contracts and contracts admin functions.
* Provide advisory support to management and operations group.
* Draft, administer and negotiate DandB / EPCI project contracts.
* Oversee the tendering process (Bid Management).
* Manage the business units overall commercial and legal requirements.
* Manage and advise on project claims (EI's, EOT, LandE, and Acceleration claims).
* Advise on insurance requirements.
* Internal audit and process control investigations.
* Process integration and business process reengineering.
* Negotiate supplier and vendor contracts.
* Oversee the implementation and localization of organizational polices.

Must have a law degree from a Commonwealth or Continental European jurisdictions or equivalent.
Must have a vast amount of experience post qualified.
Must have worked in the constructions or infrastructure industry
Must be able to work in a matrix organisation and support the business from a functional leadership perspective.
Must have a wide understanding of commercial and contractual issues that may impact a project during its life cycle.
Must have knowledge of FCPA, SOX, Anti - Boycott
