Required to lead and plan the quality section and assist the VP of Engineering to move the team into a successful Facilities Management division.
Required to establish policies and procedures and keep track of all maintenance schedules.
To prepare annual operational plans and look at overhauls and liaise with engineering stores.
Required to manage upwards and an already established team of Engineers.This person must be influential however willing to gradually make improvements.
Required to have experience of effective cost management and CAD.Required to have at least 7-10 years operational FM experience and preferably some exposure to Consultancy.
This is an excpetional opportuity for a driven professional to drive the team forwards and eventually bring all services in-house.
To also establish strategies within FM over the next 5 years and troubleshoot.* Experience with complex developments required
* Preferably experience managing Operations for large scale Exhibition Centres
* Must have an impressive highly professional character
* Must be already located in the Middle East and possess a Degree qualification
