Our key Client, an Egyptian based Pharmaceutical company are looking to appoint a Financial Director to head up their Finance Department. Reporting to the CEO, with 3 direct reports, you will be responsible for managing, planning and executing the financial activities of the company by performing duties personally or through subordinate supervisors, providing financial advice and support to staff and management to enable them make sound financial decisions.Bachelor degree in commerce with a major in accounting. Minimum 10 years of financial management experience in a pharmaceutical industry or any other industry. Five years of supervisory experience. Knowledge of budget management and development and preparation of financial statements. Knowledge of bookkeeping and database management. Excellent mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent verbal / written communication skills. Excellent computer skills. Decision making and leadership skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Time management skills. Ability to assess financial risks, anticipate difficulties and successfully address them. Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a timely and appropriate manner. Ability to work under aggressive deadlines.
