The successful candidate will ideally have a background or qualifications in chemical or civil engineering and should a number of years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry in fire, explosive and dispersion modelling, ORA, risk control measures to demonstrate ALARP fire and explosion risk assessment, safety studies like HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and escape and evacuation studies.
The main responsibility of this role will be the leading of a team of engineers and designers in carrying out detailed engineering work for large sized projects and assuming entire control of conceptual and detailed design. In addition to this the provision of necessary technical information for procurement in compliance with tender specifications and within project schedules.
