The lebanon operation of a leading International Cost and Project Management Consultancy, require a recently chartered Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
You will be responsible for providing support to the existing team, offering the full range of pre and post contract duties including cost planning, tender preparation and analysis, contract administration etc.
The projects will be predominately building, including residential, commercial, leisure and mix used developments.
You will need to be degree qualified, from a recognised university,with full membership of RICS or equivalent essential. Previous Middle East is not required.
