I have an exciting opportunity working for a leading Telecommunications Company in Jordan.
The successful candidate will be educated to BSc. (Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent) and have a proven background in a similar role within Telecoms Industry.
Key Responsibilities
Explore all business opportunities of his/her assigned account/s.
- Manage and Follow up his/her assigned account/s on a daily basis
- Ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded.
- Prepare a business profile for each customer and update.
- Follow up all complaints of the assigned account/s including billing issues, adding
extra services, coverage, handsets, etc.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports as per the company`s format and procedures.
Mission
1. Achieving and exceeding sales quota.
2. Handling customer`s needs and problems.
3. Keeping updated on product catalogue.
4. Retaining existing customer-base.
