A pioneering and global Consultancy are looking for a Senior Site landscape Architect to join thier team in Bahrain.

Thier Bahrain office is currently looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to provide landscape architecture expertise on site based projects. Candidate with extensive work experience within the Middle East will be preferred.

Technical Competencies :

• Site inspection experience
• Contract administration experience
• Degree qualified (minimum)
• Minimum of 10 years experience in landscape industry
• Experience in design team leadership
• Must be familiar with design, tender and construction processes
• Good working knowledge of the following software: Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Contract administration and site inspection and implementation

Responso Manage weekly client meetings
• Manage daily contractor dialogue
• Program and task staff on daily basis
• Establish project scope and objectives regularly
• Organise and implement presentation of designs to the Client
• Financial management of the design changes/amendments
• Identify and manage project specific risks
• Set out / agree design standards and parameters
• Monitoring quality of the work
• Appointment and management of all required sub-consultants or other services
