A leading developer requires an in house SQS to support the DevelopmentManagement Team with cost and contract related functions.
Duties include building up a data base of cost records, cost planning, value engineering, audits, claims, variations and final accounts.
You will need to be degree qualified, ideally with a background working with Consultants or Developers and have full membership of the RICS. Previous MENA experience is an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
