Our client is an internationally reputed project management and consultancy services company headquartered in Amman, Jordan. The company has a history of over twenty years with offices in Jordan, Dubai and Cairo, and affiliates throughout the Middle East, Far East, Europe and North America. The company provides construction management, planning, contract administration and dispute resolution services to its clients based in the MENA region.The ideal candidate should have a construction law/arbitration degree and be a member of a leading construction law related institution (e.g. MCIArb, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators). Candidates with Middle East experience will be preferred. The candidate must have extensive business contacts in the region (and proof of business acquisition experience) and be able to secure additional work for the company.
The candidate must have relevant year's experience in construction claims and contracts and possess very solid experience in the following areas of expertise:
