Our client is a leading multinational consultancy company with huge wealth of experience in developing oil and gas projects, designing production facilities, pipelines, and storage and export terminals. They are able to handle every aspect from project management and facilitation services, techno-economic studies, upgrades and optimisation plans to system design, hazard and risk analysis and site supervision.
They are currently in the search for an experienced candidate for the role of Project Control Manager for a PMC contract (refinery expansion - EPC). You will be working in a strategic role and you will be central to drive the project to success. This is a permanent position for a long-term contract. The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering with at least 8 years experience with major Oil/Gas Company in similar position. He must have 15+ years' experience in the EPC Contracts for chemicals, hydrocarbons, petrochemicals and industrial plant development. Must be fully aware of contract types, project planning, project execution work processes (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning), cost estimating systems and softwares and manufacture processes for critical and major project equipment. Must be familiar with Monte Carlo simulations for risk analysis, ISO 9000 requirements, project financial analysis etc. The professional must be capable to communicate in English as a native speaker.
