Leading Abu Dhabi transport company is urgently seeking to employ a Manpower Planning Officer.
Participate in developing and monitoring annual manpower budgets and manpower plan in accordance with the Specialist - Manpower Planning
•Assist the Specialist Manpower Planning in communicating within all Sectors within the company to obtain all information pertaining to manpower planning
•Participate in developing manpower plans to fill all positions that are vacant, or that will soon be vacant within the company
•Assist the Specialist - Manpower Planning in defining career paths for positions within the company
•Perform updates on all policies and procedures pertaining to manpower planning on a regular basis
•Assist the Specialist - Manpower Planning in the development of all policies and procedures pertaining to manpower planning and regularly maintain and update the policies and procedures
•Prepare all monthly reports documenting manpower planning and any issues that might arise within the manpower function, using input provided from all Sectors and forward to Specialist - Manpower Planning
•Minimum of a 3 year Diploma, preferably a Bachelors Degree or equivalent
•A minimum of 2 - 7 years of relevant experience
Bachelors Degree 2-7 years experience UAE National - preferably Male
