Our client a leading international project management and engineering consultancy with offices in Abu Dhabi. They require a Senior Contracts Engineer for a new project, a refinery expansion. This will be a long term assignment , based outside the city of Abu Dhabi. Requirements:
B.Sc in Engineering discipline or equivalent with at least 5 years experience in EPC contract development and administration in the Oil and Gas industry in high value projects (above US USD100 Million). Demonstrated knowledge of commercial practices, legal principles, and negotiation skills. Experience in review, analysis, defence, resolution of Contractors claims. Familiarization with Arbitration procedures and administration.
