The ideal candidates will be degree qualfied in quantity surveying or civil engineering with professional membership of the RICS (MRICS).The applicants must have prior contracts administration experience on "aritificial island" developments involving high rise building and infrastructure projects. Candidates must have hands on experience in FIDIC conditions of Contract and have thorough understanding of contracts in the Middle East. Applicants with experience in writing contractual correspondence will be preferred.
