And • High Quality Buildings. The ideal candidate will be a degree qualified civil engineer or quantity surveyor from a reputed/recognised University. The candidate must have relevant years of contracts management experience on large sea port, harbour and marine projects. Candidates with Middle East experience and knowledge of Arabic would be preferred.
